 All tour and transfer bookings must be confirmed in advance through email or approved communication channels. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Kalahari Travel Tours. 

 A deposit may be required to secure bookings. Full payment must be completed before the commencement of tours, transfers, or accommodation services unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

 Cancellations made within the agreed cancellation period may qualify for a partial refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in cancellation fees depending on suppliers and reservations already confirmed. 

 The safety and comfort of our guests remain our highest priority. Clients are expected to follow the instructions of tour guides and drivers at all times during tours, safaris, and transfers. 

 We carefully select accommodation based on client preferences, comfort, safety, location, and budget. Availability may vary depending on travel dates and seasonal demand.
